Job Description |
This is the central department when seconding employees from Japan to overseas or accepting employees from overseas to Japan. We operate a wide variety of mobility programs to smoothly implement international assignment programs and achieve the strategic goal of globalizing employees. We work with overseas corporations to support those who have been appointed for overseas secondment and those who are seconded from overseas to Japan to ensure their success in their challenges. ■Specific duties -Responding to inquiries from expatriates -Mobility operations such as assignment and return of employees seconded from Japan to overseas corporations and from overseas corporations to Japan (Payroll procedures such as overseas assignment allowances, travel procedures, data management, billing/collection/payment of assignment costs) -Operations such as life events and safety management of expatriates -Planning and supporting measures for domestic employees to be assigned overseas and measures for accepting overseas employees to Japan to promote global mobility [Attractiveness of this position] -You can acquire a wide range of expertise related to human resources, such as human resource development, accounting, taxation, and payroll, so the scope of your future career is very broad. After gaining experience, some employees use the company's internal transfer system to work in other departments within HR. - Learning support: We have thorough work manuals and a support environment in which managers and members work together to train new employees. We also have frequent weekly catch-up meetings, 1-on-1s, and chat communication, making it an open organization. |

Job Requirements |
<Requirements> - HR experience at a global company (Guideline: 500-800+ employees) <English ability> - TOEIC score equivalent to 750 <Aptitude skills> - Able to manage multitasking flexibly <Preferred> - Experience using Excel, such as Vlook and functions - Business level English - Experience in HR department in the same industry - Knowledge of overseas tax, payroll, and social insurance (preferred) <Desired profile> - Communicate daily with various counterparts, including departments, overseas seconded employees, overseas HC, and domestic HR In order to achieve this, Able to communicate quickly with people in various different positions ・Even in situations where opinions and interests are in conflict, a person with the driving force to proactively identify problems, break them down into tasks, and lead them to a solution ・Ability to determine priorities and work in multitasking even in highly fluid situations ・English ability: Participation in meetings with global parties, negotiations with overseas employees *High English ability is desirable, but frequency of use is 80% writing and 20% speaking ・About 5 years of work experience ・Experience studying abroad is preferred |

Paid leave 20 days per year based on September 1st, pro rata based on when you joined the company in the first year.
