●Manager: Work in cooperation with senior professionals

・Formulate, plan and execute talent management strategy: Formulate comprehensive human resources strategy as corporate HR in line with our group's business goals
・Plan and manage talent reviews: Plan talent reviews conducted by CHRO and executives, design the process and provide consultation to HRBP for execution
・Strengthen succession plan: Formulate strong and sustainable succession plan utilizing group and global synergy and consult with management
・Strategic rotation of talent: Formulate and evaluate positions to develop talent into management personnel, and coordinate the formulation and execution of career paths backcast from talent's career goals
・Stakeholder management: HRBP of each business unit, group company HR, overseas Center of Build strong relationships with Excellence staff, share best practices, and work together to implement the talent management agenda

- Business-level English skills and native Japanese speaker
