Job Description Join the Global Network Operations Team to provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise-level network and security infrastructure in a leading global pharmaceutical company. Ensure network stability, security, and compliance while optimizing operations across multiple locations.


Description

* Troubleshoot and support global network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, etc.).
* Provide second-level network operations support and incident resolution.
* Administer and optimize network infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance.
* Manage change and incident processes within IT operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance IT network performance.


Profile

* 2-3 years of experience as a network engineer in an enterprise environment.
* Proficient in network protocols (EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS) and troubleshooting.
* Experience with Cisco/Juniper networking and Palo Alto Firewalls.
* Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred.
* Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Fluency in English; ability to work in a multinational team.
