Job Description This role is tasked with overseeing the management of the IT infrastructure at various sites throughout Japan, including the Datacenter. This position will collaborate with the local IT team, as well as the head office and multiple vendors.


Description

Network Architect and quality management
- Manage the IT network especially the core network especially the Datacenter and WAN network at the site
- Responsible to design and manage the network architecture and ensure to follow by the global standard
- Maintain the stability and security level of the IT infrastructure
- Monitor the network stability by using the monitoring tool
- Patch management of the network devices
- Operation management for the firewall and VPN appliance, etc.
- Network device asset management
- Manage and operate the infrastructure are aligned ITIL principle
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Project Management
- To be lead the project related by the datacenter infrastructure enhancement
- Manage the project schedule, scoping, budget
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project/operation documentation


Profile

- Cisco CCNA, CCNP preferred
- Knowledge of networks technologies
- In-depth knowledge of the enterprise IT infrastructure architecture
- In-depth knowledge of the network routing protocol
- Experience in running operation with ITIL process
- Experience to lead the Datacenter relocation project
- Experience to manage the Datacenter infrastructure
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill
- Experience to support non-IT user
- Experience to manage the international project
