Job Description * You will manage the team and develop global-wide company as It expert.
* With good communication and collaboration, you will make a connection and build up your business internal and external.


Description

* Regularly track the performance of servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure optimal operation and address potential issues before they affect the business.
* Maintenance on hardware and software to ensure systems are up-to-date, secure, and functioning smoothly.
* As IT expert, offer technical support to end-users across the organization, addressing issues related to their IT environment efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure integrated and effective IT support across the organization
* Coordinate with vendors to manage contracts, handle support requests, and ensure that services meet organizational requirements.


Profile

* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure such as network systems, server management, and IT security.
* Clear communication skills for interacting with end-users and collaborating with team members in English and Japanese.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Experience to manage projects.
