Job Description We are seeking a Senior Linux Server Engineer to lead the development and management of an authentication platform used by thousands of retail staff and partners. This role involves system performance tuning, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless authentication experience.


Description

* Lead the design, development, and operation of an authentication platform for retail and partner systems.
* Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure system stability and scalability.
* Automate key processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to align on system requirements.
* Research and introduce new authentication technologies to enhance security and user experience.


Profile

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux server design, deployment, and operation.
* Proven team leadership or project management experience (3+ years).
* Strong knowledge of web systems development and operations.
* Proficient in Bash/Python scripting for automation.
* Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+) & English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
