Respond to user inquiries about global settlement services via phone, chat, and email.

Because we value polite responses, we respond to about 8 to 10 inquiries per day. We deal with each inquiry and value our relationships with users who have introduced our settlement services. Therefore, instead of simply providing answers, we try to understand what the user's true needs are and make optimal proposals.

■Language and Education System
The foreign currency settlement service is introduced by Japanese users. Therefore, inquiries are handled in Japanese, but the company developing the settlement service is a global company. Therefore, detailed materials and daily system update information must be understood in English.

We have a detailed training program for know-how on responding to inquiries and details of the foreign currency settlement service, so even beginners can work with confidence. In fact, many of our current members are beginners who have improved their skills.

Working Hours Shift system with 8-hour working hours between 9:00 and 20:00 (Pattern ① 9:00-18:00/② 11:00-20:00)
*Overtime is about 10-20 hours per month. Because it is shift work, it generally does not occur.
*During training (about 3 months), you will only work from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.

Requirements
<Required>

- Experience working in sales or marketing in Japan, or dealing with corporate customers.

- Language ability: (Japanese) Near-native level (to deal with Japanese corporate customers in Japanese)

(English) Business level (TOEIC 650 points or more) or equivalent skills (used in current job, etc.)

- Basic PC skills, IT literacy
- Touch typing, business email, Excel (to the extent that you can look up and use functions), PPT, Word (creation and input)
- IT and internet literacy to the extent that you can look up and use things you don't understand

<Welcome>
- Experience using a PC (from student days or private life is acceptable)
- Making an effort to acquire IT skills
- Call center experience
