Job Description |
You will be in charge of customer support for bilingual projects. We are looking for a wide range of people, from experienced IT people who want to work in IT using English to people with bilingual IT work experience. ■Job summary: Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of joining the company. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English. Most of the projects are user support-related operational projects, and many of them involve hands-on support of actual devices. ■Project examples: ・Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo - Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones, and peripheral devices - User support will mainly be in Japanese, and you will communicate with overseas engineers in English. ■Attractions of working: ・You will be in charge of tasks that utilize your English skills. ・It is also possible to engage in bilingual work after receiving on-the-job training within the company. |

Job Requirements |
<Required> Experience in any of the following practical experience ・Over 1 year of experience as an infrastructure engineer ・Over 1 year of experience as a development engineer ・Over 1 year of experience as a help desk In addition to the above experience, those who have the following language skills ・Business level Japanese (N2 or higher/N1 level conversation ability) ・Business level English (TOEIC: 800 points or higher) (Telephone, email, and document support) <Personality> ・Those who are comfortable communicating on the phone, etc. ・Those who can act autonomously <Welcome> ・Over 1 year of experience in supporting foreign companies in English ・Those who want to use their English to work in IT ・Simple troubleshooting experience for client PCs (Windows 10) ・Experience resolving problems while communicating with overseas teams in English <Recruitment process> Document screening → Aptitude test (can be taken in English) + 1-2 interviews → Offer of employment ※Basically 9:00-18:00 on weekdays ・Starting after 18:00 on weekdays is also OK according to the applicant's wishes. |
