■Job Description: You will be responsible for managing and running a team (supervisor duties) to handle inquiries (e.g. hotel cancellations) for a major travel booking site. This is a rewarding position that allows you to contribute to improving the team's performance. There will be situations where you will need to respond in both Japanese and English, so we welcome those who want to use their bilingual skills to work globally. For the first month, you will undergo in-house training and work as an operator to master the job. After that, you will gradually respond to clients while managing the work, such as managing member shifts and allocating tasks. Client responses will mainly involve weekly and monthly reports, escalating and asking for instructions, etc. Don't worry, you will have the support of your superiors.
