[New business development and sales promotion] - Gathering information on new projects that may arise due to changes or expansions in office layouts or relocations - General sales promotion activities for maintenance and after-sales service for existing customers [Product knowledge and sales planning] - Advance learning about new products by reading product guides (English) - Advance strategic planning by reading sales terms (English) [Customer support and liaison and coordination] - Selection of appropriate products and proposals to customers, detailed explanations of products, guidance, negotiations, etc. - Determining appropriate sales prices including import costs and construction costs - Liaison and coordination with our design department - Liaison and coordination with our construction management department, construction companies, and overseas factories - Responding to inspections after completion, considering and implementing repair work - Present at the time of delivery after construction is completed, and follow-up after delivery |

Job Requirements |
・Experience in sales of similar products (such as office furniture) or as a construction site supervisor or construction manager in the architecture or interior design industry ・Ability to deal with general contractors, design offices, and clients, and to develop new business ・Experience on the product ordering side ・Ability to use English and general Office software |
