| Job Description |
You will be in charge of project management for interior construction work on the installation of office partitions. You will not be performing actual construction work, but will be mainly responsible for directing and supervising on-site. (The actual construction work will be carried out by a contractor under our contract.) Main duties: - Directing, supervising and managing the partition construction site - Project process and cost management - Meetings and negotiations with customers related to orders - Liaison and coordination with our sales and design departments You will first learn the work at our office and showroom and at various project sites, and then as the main person in charge, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of the project from start to finish. |

・Experience managing interior construction sites in office buildings and commercial buildings ・Motivation and judgment to act independently ・Time management skills ・Interpersonal communication skills that are central to many aspects ・First or second class construction management engineers and business level English proficiency are welcome |
