■Job Description: You will be responsible for maintaining logistics systems installed in automated warehouses, etc. <Job Details> -Troubleshooting: Respond to overseas customers and overseas system development vendors by phone, email, and chat -Translation and interpretation -Troubleshooting (check the cause with the manufacturer and report to the customer) -Attend operation Experienced employees will investigate the cause of logistics equipment and software and consider how to deal with it, so you will translate the content into English and convey it to the customer. About 30% of the work will be done in English, and about 70% will be support work for the domestic market. There will be no sudden visits to the site, and basically correspondence will be by phone or email. <What is a logistics system> A logistics system is a general term for machines used to streamline logistics operations, and specific tasks at logistics bases include loading, transporting, storing, sorting, and removing and shipping items. Traditionally, this work was mainly done by hand, but nowadays, automated warehouses and conveyors are being introduced to reduce manpower and shorten work lead times, and more recently, AMRs, robots that use AI and IoT to make decisions and automatically avoid people and obstacles while transporting, are being introduced. <Organizational Structure> Currently, the system maintenance team consists of 18 people, of which 6 are in the English team.
