Our Accounting and Finance Department is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of all group companies in Japan. When you join the company, you will be assigned to the Financial Accounting Division in the Accounting and Finance Department, which is mainly responsible for legal accounting, and will be responsible for each company's individual financial statements, business improvements, and tasks related to the ongoing introduction of new systems. Job Requirements |
<Requirements> ・4th-year university graduate or above ・Practical accounting experience at a business company (approximately 3 years in total) ・Experience in individual accounting work ・Understanding the flow of accounting work ・PC skills - Ability to use business software such as Excel, Work, and Power Point ・People who are comfortable working in English <Preferred requirements> ・TOEIC score of 600 or higher as a guide (Depending on the position, there will be opportunities to write reports, respond to emails, and attend meetings) ・In addition, there is a 200,000 yen subsidy each year for improving business skills, including English <Desired personality> ・People who are cooperative and have communication skills ・People who are flexible in responding to change ・People who can think for themselves, communicate, and take action |
