This position is directly linked to our company's management strategy and corporate value improvement. ・Discovering and developing M&A deals (market and business analysis in line with company strategy, approaches using financial institutions, etc.) ・Execution work - financial due diligence work for M&A targets - valuation creation - documentation work (including PMI) ・Constructing M&A structures ・Formulating PMI policy / 100-day plans ・Finance planning related to M&A ・Analysis of domestic and international SaaS companies, etc. Assigned organization Corporate Strategy Department ∟Strategy Promotion Division Work location Basically working in the Tokyo head office, but business trips and secondments to acquisition targets may be required.
