| Job Description |
A global beverage company is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their Finance, IT, Data & Supply Chain department. The selected candidate will provide financial and business analysis support. Responsibilities: * Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis on actual brand performances, including sales growth, P&L analysis, and cost structures * Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders * Deliver accurate forecasts and analysis for financial statements, focusing on P&L, Gross Margin, A&P, SG&A, and Cash Flow * Maintain effective communication with Joint-Venture counterparts and other affiliates to ensure coordinated business operations * Manage Representative Office operations and oversee profit equalisation calculations and legal coordination Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Corporate Planning (FP&A) * Prior experience in a multinational corporation or international environment * Expertise in P&L analysis * Background to Budgeting and Financial Reporting * Experience with Cash Flow analysis is advantageous * Skilled in MS Office Suite; ERP and BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) * Business level written and verbal Japanese and English |
