We plan our equity story and IR strategy from the perspective of the management team, explain our strategy and management status to the stock market, and at the same time, we act as a bridge between the management team and investors, conveying feedback from the stock market that is beneficial to the business to the management team.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO/CEO, this small but elite team works as a frontline force. As Nexon operates globally, each member is highly motivated to become a global top-class IR practice.

Specific duties include:
- Preparation of quarterly financial results presentation materials (Japanese and English)
- Speaker at one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Participation in IR conferences for institutional investors and overseas IR roadshows
- Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative information related to our group's business
- Review of analyst reports on our company, analysis of performance forecast models
- Analysis of trends in the global gaming and Internet industry (analysis of competitors' financial results and analyst reports, news flow research, etc.)
