■About the Business Management Headquarters
While there are many businesses and business managers, the mission of the Business Management Headquarters is to provide two services: management support for the entire group and operational support for individual businesses, while also taking into account the intentions of the management team.

■About the assignment
The Financial Planning Department is directly under the Business Management Headquarters, and the department to which you will be assigned this time is the Business Management Headquarters / Financial Planning Department / Purchasing Group
The Financial Planning Department is divided into the following four groups
(1) Accounting and Finance Group: Responsible for accounting and finance operations for the entire group, both domestic and overseas, and cross-company process design and operation (including business improvement)
(2) Sales and Accounting Group: Responsible for accounts receivable management, invoice issuance, and process design and operation (including business improvement) for each business, including new businesses, for the entire domestic group
(3) Purchasing Group: Responsible for purchasing operations, cost reduction operations, and process design and operation (including business improvement) associated with the above operations for the entire domestic group
(4) Sales Support and Planning Group: Responsible for supporting the promotion of the main business, human resources referral services, while also coordinating operations between the back office and the business

Job Description
As a candidate for accounting team manager, you will be expected to maximize the team's performance while managing the team.

[Main duties]
Leading consolidated financial statements: Lead consolidated financial statements and carry them out accurately and efficiently.
Strengthening J-SOX compliance: Strengthening and improving J-SOX compliance, establishing internal controls.

Promoting business improvement: Promoting accounting efficiency and process improvement.

(Consulting with business divisions and corporate planning, MA, overseas subsidiary management, consolidated disclosure)
