~Global niche top company/average monthly overtime of 10 hours~ Our company develops and sells solder used in electronic device boards, and is used by many customers both in Japan and overseas, with a top-class share in the world. As an accounting and general affairs manager at one of the world's leading electronic materials manufacturers, you will be responsible for the following tasks. ■Job content -Closing work (monthly required) -Cost accounting -Accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit response, tax returns -Payroll calculation, social security procedures -Planning and running internal events *Examples: company trips, buffet parties ◎While utilizing your experience as an accountant, you will also be entrusted with planning internal events. People who like event planning are welcome! ■Scenes in which English is used You will communicate with overseas offices via email on a daily basis. Conversation will not generally occur. As long as you have the English skills to read and respond to emails without any problems, you are eligible. ■Organizational structure and career advancement The accounting department in the Management Division to which you will be assigned will currently consist of four people: the manager, deputy manager, member, and assistant. We have a team of experienced members. Because we are not a large organization, you can work with discretion. It is an environment where you can steadily advance. ■Our strengths ★Products that are not easily affected by the economy and are always in demand Our main product, solder, is used in all electronic devices that we see in our daily lives, such as PCs, smartphones, cars, and various home appliances, and is stable and not affected by the economy. In recent years, demand has increased relatively further due to the development of electric vehicles and the spread of telework. ★Over 80% of overseas sales In addition to the domestic market, our company has high sales in overseas markets, and we have production bases in various countries such as Korea, China, and Poland. ■Working environment ◇Good work-life balance◎Enjoying time after work The average overtime hours for the entire company are about 10 hours per month. We also have a no-overtime day every Wednesday, and are taking other measures such as eliminating unnecessary long working hours for managers themselves. ◇Employee retention◎ The average length of service is 13 years (as of January 1, 2023), and the turnover rate for employees who joined the company in the past three years is 8.7% (no employees have left the company if we limit it to full-time employees). |
