You will be working mainly on the North American market and will be involved in the following.
You will be responsible for sourcing activities, research, and Japan entry for North American business companies that are likely to generate synergy with Digital Garage's existing businesses (mainly BtoB, with some BtoC).

・Planning investment strategies
・Sourcing acquisition companies based on overseas markets and competitor analysis, etc.
・Planning and promoting strategies for expanding new strategic businesses
・Planning specific strategies for optimizing business portfolios
・Project management of PMI
・Management support for startups
・Reporting to executives
・PMF support

<Organization>
You will join a team of several people from the Investment Business Department.

<Workstyle>
It is flexible, but you will be expected to work on a 3-month business trip to the US, return to Japan for 1 month, and then go on a business trip for another 3 months.

There are separate teams for M&A and due diligence, so skill experience is not required.

Requirements		 [Requirements]

- Strong communication skills

- Able to plan the process to complete the task and manage and promote the project by involving the relevant parties

- Business development experience at a business company, or experience in charge of projects related to business development/corporate planning for client companies at a consulting firm

- Project management experience (e.g., setting goals, defining requirements, reconciling interests between parties, progress management)

- English skills (business level or above required)
