Job Description |
*More than 80% of our customers are from overseas, so this is a position where you can utilize your language skills. We will be entrusted with creating a hotel where customers can spend a comfortable time and general hotel operations without being bound by conventional hotel conventions. First, you will learn customer service, focusing on front desk work. In addition to customer service, you will be involved in multitasking in hotel operations, such as various administrative tasks, event planning and proposals, and staff training. Employees are involved in daily operations, giving their own opinions on how to make the hotel a place that customers are happy with. This is a job that creates a unique "Karaksa Hotel." ■Job details: (1) Customer service duties such as reception and guidance as a front desk staff member (2) Event planning and improvement proposal work for hotel operations (3) Various input tasks such as responding to reviews and comments (4) Checking inventory and ordering of equipment (5) Input work for various systems (6) Staff training and guidance *Details of the job will be provided during the interview. |
