Job Description |
*More than 80% of our customers are from overseas, so this is a position where you can make use of your language skills. Without being bound by conventional hotel conventions, we will be responsible for creating hotels where our guests can spend a comfortable time, as well as overall hotel operations. First, you will learn about customer service, focusing on front desk operations. In addition to customer service, you will be involved in hotel management by multitasking, such as various clerical duties, event planning proposals, and staff training and guidance. Employees are involved in the daily operation of the hotel, offering their own opinions on how to make the hotel a place that customers will be happy with. My job is to create a ``karaksa hotel'' like no other. ■Business details: (1) Customer service work such as reception and guidance as front staff (2) Event planning and improvement proposal work for hotel management (3) Various input tasks such as responding to word-of-mouth comments (4) Checking inventory of equipment and placing orders (5) Various system input work (6) Staff training and guidance *Details of the job offer will be provided at the time of interview. |
