Without being bound by conventional hotel conventions, we will be responsible for creating hotels where our guests can spend a comfortable time, as well as overall hotel operations.
First, you will learn about customer service, focusing on front desk operations. In addition to customer service, you will be involved in hotel management by multitasking, such as various clerical duties, event planning proposals, and staff training and guidance. Employees are involved in the daily operation of the hotel, offering their own opinions on how to make the hotel a place that customers will be happy with.
