Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
– Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
- Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload

Generic & Behavioral Skills:
- Proficiency in Native Language (Read/Speak)
- Good command over verbal & written English language
- Prior work experience in an LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus
- Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries
- Mature & analytical
- High on teamwork and engagement

Requirements		 - Education: Diploma holder and above
- Language: Japanese & English (B2)
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in customer service or content moderator | Fresh graduates and no experience welcome to apply
- Passport must valid
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary MYR - Malaysian Ringgit MYR 118K - MYR 158K
