Job Requirements |
[Required] - 5 years or more of experience working as a forwarder - 1 year or more of experience working in ocean freight operations - Japanese (native) - English business level or higher (able to communicate via standard emails. Daily conversation skills preferred) - Experience and ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. [Welcome] - Experience with trade systems such as CargoWise - Understand the flow and procedures for importing and exporting ocean freight - Able to communicate smoothly in English with overseas bases and customers - Ability to handle administrative tasks and coordinate between customers and departments - Communication skills [Suitable personality (We are looking for the following type of person)] ● Want to work in a trade-related job using English ● Want to be involved in a wide range of tasks ● Want to work in a workplace with little overtime while maintaining a work-life balance ● Want to demonstrate your own discretion and test your abilities in a small organization |
