Job Description |
■This is a job as a front desk concierge for a high-grade rental apartment. This job supports the lives of the residents. There are also foreign residents, so there are opportunities to communicate in English. This luxury rental apartment series currently has 22 properties in central Tokyo. The work location will be anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel-like service system is highly regarded by VIPs such as managers and executives of foreign and domestic large companies. [Specifically] Responding to visitors for residents Arranging taxis Accepting and forwarding parcels and cleaning services Informing about various services Reservations, management, and reception of public facilities Preparing to welcome new residents Receiving repairs and defects in the common areas and rooms of the apartment (in cooperation with maintenance staff) *The work content may change to the duties specified by the company. ■Many of the concierges are cabin attendants, ground staff, and people who have moved from customer service jobs such as hotel front desks. We offer a reasonable work system with only daytime shifts. There are no night shifts, and you can request days off and take consecutive holidays. There is little overtime, so you can have a clear distinction between work and off after work, and many staff members take consecutive holidays to go on trips abroad.
