Job Description Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend APIs and services using Java 8 EE, Groovy, and potentially Micronaut or Spring Boot framework.
Select and implement appropriate API paradigms (GraphQL, REST, SSE) based on project requirements.
Design and implement data access layer using Hibernate or similar ORM framework.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Job
Requirements		 Minimum 8+ years of experience in backend development using Java 8 EE and/or Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
Experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
Proven experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Spock, JUnit).
Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Japanese language: Business Level Japanese  and Business Level English
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 10000K
