• Support implementation for new and existing clients • Creation of customized programs • Implementation testing • Technical support operations (handling inquiries) • Migration from the old system to the new system (migration) • Construction of system quality maintenance environment and fault management • Construction and operation of internal systems related to customer services, as well as incidental work performed in an integrated manner |
