Job Description	You will be responsible for launching new businesses and developing the front end of other existing services in the Medical Institution Support Platform Division, which is positioned as an investment business within the company.　　 About Medical Institution Support Platform Division With the mission of "Supporting Doctors, Helping Patients", this division aims to contribute to Japanese healthcare through DX in the medical field and community medicine. Since its founding, the division has been committed to "reinventing medicine through collective knowledge" and has developed as a platform for sharing experience and wisdom by connecting doctors and physicians. In response to the challenges of a declining birthrate, aging society, and declining population, the current medical field in Japan is piled with issues due to the revision of the medical insurance system, changes in the medical care delivery system, and adjustments to the supply and demand of doctors and hospital beds. The Medical Institution Platform Division aims to contribute to the medical field by connecting medical institutions and medical organizations, helping to resolve on-site deficiencies in regional medical care and building networks, thereby becoming an indispensable presence for the sustainable development of regional medical care. ■Responsibilities ・Front-end development using JavaScript ・Proposal and implementation of front-end related technologies ・Selection of technologies for newly launched projects ・Site UI/UX improvement ・Front-end coding ■Tools used ・Google Workspace (gmail, spreadsheets, docs, etc.) ・Slack ・backlog ・esa ■Development Environment ・Server side The system is built with Ruby on Rails. The data store is Amazon Aurora (MySQL, PostgreSQL), ElastiCache (Redis), and some Elasticsearch. ・Front End It depends on the project, but for SPA projects, Vue.js and Nuxt.js are used. ・Infrastructure The environment is mainly built on AWS, using Amazon ECS and AWS Fargate. Terraform is used to manage the construction. <Technology stack used in the company> ・Development languages: Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc. ・Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, etc. ・Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
