Job Description	This is an open position to be responsible for service development in each of the company group's businesses. You will be assigned to a project or project in which you will be in charge of, depending on your personal preferences and aptitude, as well as the organization's situation. In some cases, you may be asked to supervise development as a lead engineer or manage members. ■Responsibilities ・Development of new functions for existing services (usability improvement, scalability improvement, etc.) ・Planning and development of new services ・Server-side load reduction/performance tuning ・Improvement of development and verification environment, CI and testing efficiency, etc. ・Selection of technologies for assigned services ・Promotion and proposal of project improvements ■Tools used ・Google Workspace (gmail, spreadsheets, docs, etc.) ・Slack ・backlog ・esa ■Development Environment ・Server side The system is built with Ruby on Rails. The data store is Amazon Aurora (MySQL, PostgreSQL), ElastiCache (Redis), and some Elasticsearch. ・Front End It depends on the project, but for SPA projects, Vue.js and Nuxt.js are used. ・Infrastructure The environment is mainly built on AWS, using Amazon ECS and AWS Fargate.
