Job Description	In this position, you will join the development team as a senior engineer to lead AI products that are evolving day and night, and lead the team to solve challenging technical problems in core functions. You will be responsible for leading the development team to create a product that customers continue to choose in the competitive AI domain. 【Responsibilities】 You will focus on improving scalable business and technical capabilities to become a world-class company. You will lead the identification and resolution of issues related to the technology strategy in order to strategically grow and develop the engineering organization from a technical perspective. Job Requirements	【MUST】 - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field - 5+ years of work experience in a technical role - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or other web technologies - Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, etc.) - Experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL - Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential 【WANT】 - Interest in AI/ML - Possession of relevant certifications in AI/ML, project management, or leadership - Experience in leadership or management - Ability to move quickly in an environment that is sometimes ill-defined and may have competing priorities and deadlines - In addition to Japanese, English skills are a big plus 【Ideal Applicants】・Love solving technically challenging problems ・Have a strong interest in cutting-edge technology ・Able to communicate and discuss smoothly with others
