Job Requirements	[MUST] - 3 years or more of work experience in the IT infrastructure field - Experience working on customer-facing projects, not just as an in-house system engineer ◎ In addition to the above, we are looking for people who have experience in multiple of the following areas: ・Experience in building and operating Windows/Linux servers ・Experience in first response, cause investigation, improvement response, configuration management, etc. when a failure occurs as a server L2 ・Knowledge of IP networks including concepts of routing, switching, and addressing ・Experience in operating or implementing firewalls, LAN/WAN, and VPNs ・Experience in designing/building public clouds such as AWS and Azure ・Experience in building and operating databases such as Oracle and SQL Server ・Experience in Windows PC operation projects ・Experience in designing and building Active Directory ・Experience in Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange projects ・Experience in security incident analysis in SOC ・Experience in implementing and operating SIEM and EDR tools ・Experience in design and building, not just work that requires following a procedure manual or operation [WANT] ・Business experience in English, bilingual preferred (We also welcome those who are eager to catch up on their English!) ・Applied Information Technology Engineer qualification
