Job Description	This is an important position that supports the realization of management strategies through domestic and international M&A. Job Requirements	[Required requirements] *Those who meet any of the following requirements ■Practical experience in business development, M&A, etc. at a general trading company (approximately 3 years or more) ■Work experience in an investment bank/financial institution/PE fund/strategic consulting firm/M&A intermediary (approximately 3 years or more) ■Practical experience in corporate planning/business development, M&A, etc. at a business company (approximately 3 years or more) [Preferred requirements] ■Practical experience in M&A in general (planning and execution of M&A strategy, sourcing, valuation, execution, PMI) ■Business-level English skills

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 12000K
