Job Description Seeking a skilled C# Web App and Backend Engineer to join a team focused on system re-architecture, cloud migration, and enhancing OMS, BOSS functionality. As part of a scrum team, you'll design features, mentor juniors, and ensure system reliability and security.


Description

* Propose and implement solutions aligned with business needs
* Enhance existing functions and address system improvements
* Mentor junior team members and share expertise through knowledge sharing sessions
* Assist in troubleshooting and handling inquiries


Profile

* 5+ years of experience in C# development, particularly with WebAPI and SOLID principles
* Proficient in MVC.NET, .NET Core, and ideally familiar with .NET 6
* Strong understanding of web security, personal data protection, and ORM tools like Entity Framework
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
* Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+)
* No Japanese proficiency needed
