Other Salary Description	Monthly salary of 240,000 yen or more + incentive + bonus Determined based on experience and skills of previous job. The above monthly salary includes 50,000 yen for 30 hours as fixed overtime (45,000 yen during trial period). Additional payment will be made for overtime. \Reward your hard work with a clear evaluation system!/ -Monthly salary...There is a chance for salary increase and promotion every month. It is possible to raise your monthly salary to 340,000 yen or more from the 5th month after joining the company. ■Salary increase 12 times a year (chance every month/salary increase at any time along with position promotion) -Incentive...Payment based on monthly target achievement rate. The average amount earned by sales staff across the company is 150,000 yen per month.
