Job Description	[Business content] You will be primarily responsible for promoting DX within the company while involving related departments and departments and leading team members. <Specific job details> ■Project planning and management for promoting DX in the entire school division In order to solve problems, you will set issues and carry out the entire project, including project planning, promotion of business reform, implementation of CRM/MA/data analysis platform, and on-site deployment. ■Management of teams and projects There are two teams involved in information systems in the school division. ・CRM (4 people: a team that mainly handles work in areas close to the customer front, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and data analysis platforms) ・MIT (5 people: team mainly responsible for back-office operations such as core business systems) When you join the company, you will be assigned to the CRM team, but in collaboration with MIT, you will also be responsible for planning and implementing IT strategies for the overall optimization of the school division, as well as leading large-scale projects across divisions and divisions. I'll enjoy having this. ■Control of related partners and vendors In improving and operating the portal site for students, we will work with outsourced vendors to improve the UX for students. ■Response to site needs and user support (as necessary) We compile system modification requests from customers and in-house staff, and handle them as repair projects by outsourcing or in-house production. In addition, we will respond to inquiries and various requests from on-site users regarding the CRM, MA, and data analysis platforms that have been introduced, and provide operational support.

Job Requirements	[Required requirements] <Experience> ・3 years or more of management experience (preferably SIer or information systems department of a business company) ■Experience with any of the following ・PM experience in system implementation projects ・Series of work experience from requirements definition, design, development, testing, and operation in system implementation projects ・Experience in utilizing and operating CRM systems such as Salesforce and Marketo <Business skills> ・Logical thinking ability (information organization, summarizing ability, hypothesis building ability, analytical ability, etc.) ・Communication skills (ability to communicate clearly even to people without IT knowledge) ・Project management ability (man-hour management, problem solving lead, recovery support when trouble occurs, etc.) [Welcome requirements] ・Upstream experience in system development as a SIer ・Experience in upstream processes such as PM in the information systems department ・IT strategy planning experience ・Salesforce operation experience/Salesforce certification (advanced level) holder ・MA operation experience (Marketo is preferred) ・Marketing work experience (email marketing experience preferred) ・Experience in implementing BI tools and data analysis infrastructure ・BPR work experience ・Experience in planning, implementing, and operating web services ・Design work experience

Other Salary Description	・Annual salary system ・Monthly salary 583,333 to 1,250,000 yen ・Basic salary 424,242 to 909,090 yen ・Fixed overtime allowance 159,091 to 340,910 yen ・Commuting allowance: 100,000 yen/month ・Overtime allowance ・Salary increase once a year (July) *Those who have been employed for more than six months are eligible for the progit sharing system. (Paid twice a year according to company regulations)
