Job Description An Excellent Project Manager position for an ERP system design and implementation, involving close collaboration with other IT Teams and sub-teams. This position is open to English-only speakers!


Description

* Communicate openly with team members and always have high ideals and a positive mindset
* As an in-house expert, actively collaborate with top managements, business units, IT departments, external ERP vendors, and other relevant members to lead project management and ERP implementation project activities
* Be able to play a core role in the IT department, and have sights on becoming a leader in the future
* Proactively collect, organise, and analyse necessary information, and coordinate with relevant parties to formulate internal policy measures
* Be interested in the renewable energy market and want to contribute to the local community and environment


Profile

Essential Skills:

* Experience in analysing management and business issues at the client's management level and business departments, and formulating and proposing measures to improve business processes and other aspects of the client's operations; either as an employee of a non-IT sector company's IT department or through work in a consultancy/SIer
* Experience in working across business units and countries to implement new IT systems
* Experience consulting on management, business, and operational issues from a high-level perspective
* Global ERP module implementation experience: at least 2 projects at Team Lead capacity with PMO; at least 1 global project
* Experience in operation and maintenance of ERP modules (2+ years)
* Experience in selecting and proposing SaaS packaged software solutions
* Experience working with overseas subsidiaries in English
