Job Description	・Implement measures to increase overseas sales in collaboration with overseas sales subsidiaries (USA/UK/Taiwan/Shanghai) ・Planning and proposing marketing and promotion plans for management ・Management of subordinates and marketing team

In addition, stock options are provided (full-time employees only/conditions such as evaluation apply)
Holidays	・Holidays: 125 days off per year: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, New Year's holidays ・Vacations: Paid holidays (half-day holidays available), special holidays (maternity leave, childcare, nursing care, etc.), refreshment leave (5 days for every 5 years of service / Full-time employees only)
