Job Description As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include:
1. Requirements Assessment:
Collaborate with the development team, product owners, and occasionally vendors to discuss and evaluate the requirements necessary for application development.
Facilitate communication to ensure that the client’s desired outcomes are understood and translated into well-defined requirements.
2. Document Creation Leadership:
Led the creation of various documents, including business requirements, master story lists, detailed user stories, sprint plans, and design documents.
These documents play a vital role in guiding the development process and ensuring alignment with business needs.
3. Testing and Authentication:
Collaborate with the Scrum team to conduct testing and authentication before deploying applications to the production environment.
Ensuring that the application meets quality standards and functions as expected is essential for successful deployment.
4. Document Updates:
Continuously update documentation based on the latest business and technical requirements.
Keeping documents current ensures that all stakeholders have accurate and relevant information throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements		 All you need is...

・Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
・8〜10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years practical experience in business/system analysis, working with customers on requirement and business processes definition
・Experience with GIS Software applications (e.g. QGIS) and geoprocessing.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Chinese Level None
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 12000K
