Job Description As a Program Manager, you’ll use your expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in solution development with engineers.

You will lead multi-million / multi-year program, will deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology, and tools that will help client to migrate the operation to the new Geographical Informational System.
Company Info Our Client provides software and services for communications, resouraces and media service providers. The company operates in more than 90 countries, with its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, and has approximately 30,000 employees globally.

They currently have a team of 12 in Japan and are looking to expand throughout 2024.

Requirements		 Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of IT transformational work experience.
• Japanese and English speakers
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in multicultural and multiregional environment
• PMP or similar certification
• Familiarity with geographic information systems
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Chinese Level None
