Minimum of 20+ years of relevant SAP Consulting experience in SAP with at least 10 years of experience in Consulting Manager/Solution Architect role Must-Have Skills: SAP Solution Architect, SAP MM, eWM Extensive experience in Procurement and Warehouse processes and must have worked as SAP Functional Solution Architect At least 5-6 end-to-end SAP project implementations experience, and 2-3 implementations should be in S/4HANA. Excellent teaming skills with other module leads. Hands-on experience in creating architecture and technical design documents. Ability to drive discussions with customers, project team, and project stakeholders. Ability to translate customer requirements into well-designed solutions that are fit for purpose. Experience leading consulting teams and managing complex projects. Proven track record in leading successful pre-sales activities (project estimation/planning/alignment with customers) Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial acumen Someone who can own solutions and deliver Blueprint documents. Guide the development team during the build phase. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end project experience including Logistical Support and Planning, Plan Execution with Task Management, and effective Resource utilization. Candidate should have prior experience of coordination with Sr—management and stakeholders with a high level of confidence. Excellent written and verbal communication. Japanese Language: Japanese (N3 and above), Business level English. |
