■Company overview We are an Animal Health Tech company founded in Singapore in April 2019 with the purpose of "Pet to Partner: Creating a society where people and pets can live happily." ■Recruitment background: As for the current organizational structure, the overall corporate operations are carried out by a manager in charge of the administration department and five members. As our company is aiming for an IPO in the future, we are looking for new staff to join our corporate department. ■Business overview You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including human resources operations as a headquarters function, IPO preparations, and support/consulting for multiple veterinary hospitals in our group. ■Business content [Human Resources] We will provide the following support. ・Manage and execute the recruitment process (creating job advertisements, selecting applicants, scheduling interviews, etc.) ・Support for creation and management of labor contracts, payroll calculations, and social insurance procedures [Accounting work] We will provide the following support. ・Entering accounting data, managing ledgers, processing expenses ・Issuing invoices and managing payments, managing accounts receivable and payables ・Support for settlement operations [Legal services] We will provide the following support. ・Assistance with the creation, review, and management of contracts and legal documents ・Legal risk assessment and management, contract negotiation support ・Comply with legal regulations and compliance and respond to audits [General affairs] We will provide the following support. ・Office facility management and maintenance (cleaning, equipment repair and maintenance) ・Planning and managing internal events and promoting internal communication ・Management of board meetings, document preparation, and preparation of minutes |

Job Requirements |
■Required skills Those who have experience in any of the following ・Some experience in human resources work (recruitment, labor affairs, system planning, etc.) ・Some experience in legal/general affairs (contract management, reviews, etc.) ・Some experience in accounting/finance work (consolidated/non-consolidated accounting, monthly accounting, daily accounting, etc., regardless of level) ■Welcome skills ・Those who can communicate in simple English ・Those who can multitask in multiple areas of human resources (recruitment, education, payroll, labor, systems, etc.) ・Those who are familiar with the evaluation system and training methods for head office and store personnel ・Those who can comprehensively understand labor risks and consult with experts such as social and labor consultants in a timely and appropriate manner |
