Job Description |
Job Duties: • Work on Incident, Problem and Service request as part of application maintenance • Adhere to service levels agreements(SLA) • Manage and deliver scheduled application tasks. • Application issue Troubleshooting • Work with cross functional teams for solving the issues • Quick Response to the site users. • Daily Updating of Incidents, Problems and Tasks with detailed information Requirements: • Japanese and English language skills are mandatory • 5-8 years of Working Experience of working on application support and enhancement projects • Good to have experience in Werum PAS-X product • Good to have domain knowledge of pharma manufacturing • Should be able to trouble shoot interface issues with ERP and other key interfacing applications. • Experience of working in Citrix environment • Good to have knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP. |
