【募集背景】外国籍社員比率6割（40か国籍）在籍中の同社では人事の組織編成に伴い、部内各担当の役割を整理の上、新設ポジションとして募集を開始致します。 【期待する役割】タレント管理（研修企画・評価・採用）をお任せします。 ・人材開発業務におけるの研修企画、運営 -同社内研修事業について：現状、語学研修・マネージャー研修、ハラスメント研修等実施しております（外部活用）。これらの受講率向上と、新たな研修企画をお任せします。 ・人事評価の立案、実施 ・従業員エンゲージメントの管理 ・サービスライン職（翻訳職等）の採用業務 -要件確認・採用手法の検討・面接・オファー等 ・HRBPと協力したCSR活動 【部署構成】マネージャー1名、メンバー3名在籍 労務 / 給与 / 安全衛生・採用 |
