As the chief executive officer, you will oversee the entire project, from identifying the client's issues and proposing plans for solving those issues using the web, through to production and operation. As well as interviewing and negotiating with clients, you will also bring together internal project members and select partner companies, leading the project to success. Your job will involve overseeing the overall picture, formulating strategies and managing budgets, implementing measures that are committed to achieving goals, and producing results. You will think about things from a management perspective, and be at the core of Pencil's business. |
