Job Description	[Job Overview] As an overseas content director, you will be responsible for directing and managing new content within the app as we expand and develop our business globally to grow our service with new apps. Company Info	[Company Features] Our company is a startup in the content x technology field, with a vision to create a new virtual talent culture that can be used worldwide, using VR/AR technology, including the operation of one of the world's largest VTuber agencies. "VTuber" is an internet culture that originated in Japan in 2016. In order to spread Japanese two-dimensional content, including VTubers, to the world, our company develops content using the latest technology, such as optical motion capture technology and virtual space production using a variety of effects, and provides unprecedented two-dimensional entertainment through co-creation with creators of various genres. We are also developing a new platform to deepen communication between VTubers and their fans. Until now, VTuber activities have centered on live streaming on YouTube, and communication with fans has been limited to via the comment function. We are fully launching the Metaverse project, which realizes mutual communication, such as developing an online community for interaction between fans and a virtual space where you can participate in live shows, events, and games in the same space as the VTubers.

Job Requirements	[Required skills/experience] ■Experience in content direction using IP ■Experience in promoting projects involving customers and internal and external stakeholders ■English: Business level or above *For foreign nationals, Japanese business level [Welcome skills/experience] ■Experience in content direction in the VTuber industry ■Experience in Japanese-English language translation and direction ■Experience in community management and fan marketing ■Experience in directing the production of various creative works ■Experience in establishing manuals and rules, and creating flows, systems, and efficiency ■Experience in data analysis using SQL, etc. ■Experience in managing SNS for corporate accounts ■Experience in launching owned media and managing content ■Experience in marketing for ToC in EC business

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4000K - JPY 7000K
Other Salary Description	[Salary] Expected annual salary: 4 million to 7 million yen Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours. Excess overtime will be paid separately. Preferential treatment will be provided according to our company regulations, taking into consideration skills, experience, and abilities.
