Job Description	[English support for international students] We provide support for accepting foreign students and researchers at the university. ・Entrance examination procedures (application document preparation, support for arriving in Japan, etc.) ・Researcher acceptance work (application procedures, support for arriving in Japan, etc.) ・Visitor support ・Email and phone support ・Creation, copying, and filing of materials and postings ・Management and ordering of equipment and consumables ・Overseas mail shipping, tracking (arrival confirmation), and receipt ・Data entry, document creation, reading confirmation ・Event preparation and management assistance ・Other various duties related to general office work
Company Info	You can work using your English skills! English support services at universities! You can work by utilizing your own study abroad experience and English skills. It's a rewarding job because it helps people, including international students and researchers. ★ Office casual attire is OK!
Working Hours	[Day shift] 9:00-17:30 (actual working time 7 hours 30 minutes) Work 5 days a week Overtime is approximately 15 hours per month. *You may be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when organizing seminars and events. (substitute holidays may be taken)
Job Requirements	Technical/Humanities/International Business Interpreter -Japanese level: N1 required (certificate required) -Business level Japanese -Business polite language in Japanese -Able to read and write in Japanese -Over 3 years of clerical experience (data entry, filing, typing, etc.) -TOEIC score of 800 or above, or experience in English office work (able to read and write in English) The following would be a plus -Work experience with PowerPoint -Work experience with Access Those who can handle the relevant work, such as technical/humanities/international business *Those who can work in Japan

(Includes overtime pay of 33,750 yen) There is a difference between salary and take-home pay due to income tax, municipal tax, etc. 【Welfare】 Fully equipped with social insurance, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance annual paid leave
Holidays	Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (2 days off per week) *You may be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when organizing seminars and events. In that case, you can take a substitute holiday.
