Requirement gathering by discussing with client team Requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team Understand the design (SW/HW/ME/VnV) from Capgemini onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...) Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality Reporting to client management and Capgemini delivery management team on regular basis |
