We will be responsible for instructing and managing the maintenance functions of hotel facilities and managing improvement operations.
・Promote and plan large-scale projects and repair work for buildings, equipment, etc. in collaboration with GM, owners, and external contractors.
・Promotion of energy conservation
・CAPEX budget management
・Inspection and maintenance to meet various standards and safety standards such as disaster prevention
Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is part of Marriott International, which operates more than 8,000 hotels under 30 brands in 140 countries around the world.
It is close to the city center and is the official hotel of a large theme park with 1,016 guest rooms, 5 restaurants, and 14 banquet halls.
