Job Description [Call center English interpreter staff]
Simultaneously interpret conversations between customers visiting the store and store staff in Chinese and English over the phone.
We may also act as interpreters between customers and dedicated call center staff.

・Business level Chinese (Mandarin)
・Japanese level: N1 required (certificate required)
・Able to read and write Japanese
・Able to use honorific business language in Japanese
・Basic PC operation (able to input smoothly)
*Those who can handle the relevant duties such as technical/humanities/international business
*Those who can work in Japan
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
