Project management for large-scale network replacement projects Participating in and facilitating various meetings, preparing and updating management materials at regular meetings and individual meetings Coordinating the transition schedule, including customers and internal stakeholders Create and explain migration materials for customer management, network, application, and related vendors Creation and update of project management materials (Schedule, WBS, Problem Management, Progress Management, Configuration Management, etc.) Progress management and dissemination of information to stakeholders on the transition day (including data center responses) The detailed schedule and procedures for the day of the work are carried out in accordance with the change management process, after review and approval. |
