Job Description	・Sales to existing and new overseas customers (application of seamless capsules, etc.) ・Product manufacturing support and proposals in collaboration with in-house formulation engineers ・Explanation and support of products and services at overseas exhibitions ・Organization and business management (Member goal progress and achievement support) (Involvement in business division long-term strategies and policies, participation in strategy formulation, and implementation) *There are overseas business trips several times a month. Job Requirements	<Required> Experience in any of the following ・Business level English proficiency (practical experience) ・Over 5 years of experience in new sales to overseas companies ・Experience in developing new customers overseas ・Experience in customer development and direct sales in BtoB ・Experience in writing proposals in English tailored to customers <Welcome> ・Chinese skills
English Level	Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level	Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 6000K
Other Salary Description	<Monthly salary> 312,500 yen - 375,000 yen Includes approximately 25 hours of overtime per month. Any excess amount will be paid separately. The stated amount may change depending on the selection process. Commuting allowance: Partially paid (up to 30,000 yen) Family allowance: spouse 10,000 yen, child 5,000 yen Housing allowance: 5,000 yen for head of household *Various allowances will be paid according to regulations. <Education system/qualification assistance supplement> ■OJT ■Participation in various exhibitions ■Participation in various study sessions and seminars <Other supplements> ■Congratulatory money (marriage, childbirth, admission to school, adulthood) ■Congratulations and condolence money

Paid vacation will be granted at the time of joining the company, but since it will be available all at once on April 1st, the number of days will vary depending on the date of joining the company.
